Every account, one screen
Collapsible cards per NinjaTrader account with live PnL, unrealized, net liquidation and position count. Blown or disconnected accounts drop out instead of skewing your totals.
Stop RDP-ing into a Windows box to see whether you're up or down. DeskPilot streams every account's PnL, positions, orders and closed trades to a dashboard you can open from a phone — and, on the paid tiers, lets you flatten a position from it.
An Add-On runs inside NinjaTrader on your VPS and talks outbound only. Nothing listens for connections on your Windows machine, and no broker credentials ever leave it.
Every account's balances, positions, working orders and any new fills — signed with that VPS's own secret. Once a minute on the paid tiers, every 2 minutes on the free one, and your dashboard knows when the next one is due so it refreshes as the data lands rather than on a timer of its own.
Once a minute it picks up anything you clicked, executes it inside NinjaTrader and reports the result back — each command with its own outcome, so a click that fails says so instead of disappearing. Its effect shows up in the next snapshot.
Set a max loss per account and the Add-On flattens it on the VPS if it's breached — whether or not the dashboard is open.
Collapsible cards per NinjaTrader account with live PnL, unrealized, net liquidation and position count. Blown or disconnected accounts drop out instead of skewing your totals.
Switch between total PnL, the net-liquidation equity curve, and cumulative closed PnL. Session resets don't distort the long view, and new data slides in instead of redrawing.
Fills are paired FIFO into round-trips: entry, exit, how long you held, net after commission — plus wins, losses and net for the window.
Close one instrument, cancel one order, cancel everything, or flatten an account outright. Every command's lifecycle is visible: queued, sent, done or failed.
A max-loss threshold per account, enforced on the VPS by the Add-On rather than in your browser — so it survives a closed laptop or a dropped connection.
Each machine gets its own credential you can view or rotate yourself. Rebuild a VPS and you're back in minutes without emailing anyone.
One table of every strategy on every account, sorted by strategy so the one machine that's out of step is obvious. Switch them on or off individually or in bulk — and on Elite, on a daily schedule the VPS keeps even with the browser closed.
Charts, closed trades and the strategy list stay on screen from what's already stored, and the page names which machine went quiet and when. Live positions and the buttons that would queue an order switch off, rather than acting an hour late.
The free tier is monitoring, forever, no card. The paid tiers add trading and strategy controls, monthly or yearly, and are in final testing — join the list and you'll hear the day they open.

Paid plans are billed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, monthly or once a year. Prices include VAT where it applies. Paddle may show you the price in your own currency. Cancel from the dashboard at any time — you keep your paid tier until the period you have paid for ends, then the account moves back to the free tier and nothing is deleted.
This software places and cancels live orders. That shapes every design decision, and it's worth knowing exactly what runs where before you trust it.
Get launch updatesYes. DeskPilot reads from and acts through your own NinjaTrader instance, so the VPS has to be up and connected for live data and for commands. If it goes down the dashboard says so and how long it has been quiet, rather than pretending — and your charts and closed trades stay on screen, because they come from what has already been stored.
Data refreshed every 2 minutes, 6 hours of history, up to 5 accounts, and full read-only visibility — PnL, positions, orders and the closed-trade log. No trading commands: those are the paid tiers.
Yes. Every paid tier is offered on both, and the annual price is the same tier — nothing about what you can do changes with how often you're charged. Annual is save up to 16% against paying month to month, billed once and renewing yearly. You can switch either way later; Paddle credits what you've already paid for the period you're in.
You drop back to the free tier. Nothing is deleted — your accounts, history and closed trades stay exactly where they are, just shown through the shorter free-tier window, and the trading buttons switch off. Resubscribing restores them.
NinjaTrader 8. It's a single NinjaScript file you paste into the editor and compile with F5 — no external references to install.
No. DeskPilot is an independent tool that talks to your own NinjaTrader installation. NinjaTrader is a trademark of its respective owner.
